✅ Refunds are eligible when

  • There is a technical problem (e.g., access not granted, files not loading, broken links) and our team is unable to fix it for you within a reasonable time.
  • You report the issue within 7 days of purchase and cooperate with requested troubleshooting (screenshots, device details, etc.).

🚫 Refunds are not provided for

  • Change of mind, “I don’t need it anymore”, or “I only wanted to try”.
  • “I didn’t like the style/teaching pace” after accessing the content.
  • Incomplete progress or lack of time to start.
  • Device or internet limitations on your side when the course works generally.

How to request help (and a refund if needed)

  2. Our team will troubleshoot with you (we may ask for screenshots or a quick video).
  3. If we cannot resolve the technical problem, we’ll process a full refund.
